Snaer set to sign?
The recruitment of Michael Snaer has had fans from coast to coast on the edge of their seats in recent weeks. It appears the road is about at an end. There had been rumors Snaer would wait on a decision until the spring signing period, but that no longer appears to be the case.
The five-star guard took official visits to Kansas, Missouri, Marquette, UCLA and Florida State. He has given away little as far as indications of a leader.
Snaer seems to be about the only one who does. He said a time will be set for a signing ceremony at his high school in the next couple of days. Rivals.com will be in touch with Snaer over the next couple of days to get details of that ceremony.
Snaer is the fifth-ranked shooting guard, and the No. 11 player regardless of position, in the Class of 2009. Wednesday is the first day that players can sign letters of intent in the early signing period.
