Den and I have been talking and there are a few trends around here that need to end.

Language - Clean it up. An occasional curse or explitive is one thing, but we are seeing way too much in the way of language. I dont want to have to edit as many posts as I am seeing. This is a rivals rule that we are pretty lenient on.

Name calling - WAYYY to much of this type of thing going on. We are mostly if not all, adults on here, lets act like it. Calling each other moron, idiot, asshat, retard, loser,douchebag, on and on, will stop. You will be given 1 chance to correct the issue after a warning, if we see it again, we will have to give you a short vacation. If that doesnt change the way you post you will simply have to find somewhere else to act like that.
