Vanderbilt dropped a 69-63 decision to top-ranked Kentucky on Saturday night. VandySports.com's Chris Lee and Jesse Johnson have all the important details.

Turning point:
Vanderbilt's Brad Tinsley buried a 3-pointer with 4:10 left, as the Commodores, who'd come from 13 down at the break, led 63-61. Then, Tinsley came up with a steal to give VU a chance to pad the lead. From that point on, nothing went right for VU.

That possession ended in a missed lay-up by Festus Ezeli, and then, Doron Lamb got wide-open from the left side against VU's 2-3 zone and buried a 3. UK then clamped down in the perimeter and the Commodores couldn't get a good look, forcing John Jenkins to throw up a spinning 30-footer as the shot clock expired.
